At store 7156-219 in Hewitt, TX we performed a remodel on the existing interior and exterior of the store, as well as constructed an OPD expansion from the ground up, connecting to existing building. This includes cleaning, prepping, and painting the interior of the existing store, all of its rooms, and the exterior of the building. We remodeled the pharmacy to be modular style. Installed new rubber flooring at both vestibule entrances. Demoed the “Smart-Style” tenant space, to leave as a blank canvas for future tenant opportunities. Rearranged all front-end registers for new sales floor layout. Painted, replaced ceiling tile/grid, and installed new tables, lighting and fixtures in the Associate Breakroom and back offices. Installed new RTUs and RCUs on new curbs on the rooftop of existing and new building for refrigerated cases. Painted and replaced all fixtures to the updated models in the Vision Center and customer restrooms. Replaced signage with new at the Fuel Station, Pickup area, and front of store. Installed new vinyl on Fuel Station pumps and canopy. Implemented the new “Pickup 2.0” expansion building and relocated operations to the new addition once completed. Installed new landscaping around new OPD building and parking lot. Demoed any existing light pole bases, signage, curbs, and irrigation lines for new building. Added all new striping, signage, concrete islands, bollards, and light poles once expansion was completed.
