Mende Feriend plays a key role in supporting JRJ Construction’s people and culture, helping create an environment where teams feel supported, organized, and set up for success. With a background in design, operations, and business ownership, she brings a unique perspective to the company’s internal operations.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and has experience in space planning, kitchen design, and small business ownership, along with managing HR and payroll functions.
Mende enjoys supporting others, building relationships, and creating a positive, people-focused work environment.
