With over twenty years of marketing and business development experience, Adam is the visible face of JRJ. A Graduate of Rice University, his finance experience influences other phases and procedures including estimating, project coordination, scheduling and accounting. This familiarity is important in the coordination and information flow between the Owner/Architect, Field and Office.
Dustin has over twenty years experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management and Business Management. He has a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University “Whoop”, and is the Qualified Individual for all of JRJ’s contracting licenses. His guidance, organization and construction knowledge has proved to be invaluable in the continuing success of this company. Dustin oversees the operation and management of all projects on a daily basis.
Some of Jordan’s earliest memories involve roaming the halls of the JRJ office or visiting job sites with his father, Joe (Randy) R. Jones. Graduating with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on construction management and entrepreneurial studies, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He oversees the company infrastructure and is responsible for the growth and development of both the company and our people. Jordan is also responsible for all licensing and certification throughout the country.
Tammy has over twenty years of experience as a CFO in the construction industry. She is an active board member for Grace House Ministries and is a member of Greenwood Baptist Church.
A USMC Vet, with over forty-five years of construction experience, Randy has been with JRJ Construction since the beginning and has advanced from a carpenter to President of Construction. His influence and expertise in the industry along with his long-standing relationships with owners, subcontractors and suppliers, is vital for the everyday success of the company. His experience and influence on raising up the next generation of leaders has been priceless.
With his twenty years experience in the construction industry, Billy has grown into a pivotal leader in the Retail division. During his ten years with JRJ, he has moved our company into a top tier/preferred contractor with some of the largest retail companies in the world: Walmart, Papa John’s, HEB. His excellent communication, leadership and team development skills have made him an invaluable asset to the company.
Leading our Government Contract division, David has helped to successfully grow this division into an elite status with the government. He has also led hundreds of private, federal and local government related projects across the United States and Puerto Rico. David has utilized being a Master Electrician and his knowledge of the industry to help lead our team and transform the legacy of JRJ in this arena.
With over ten years experience in construction, Justen has learned how to manage and organize the fast paced schedule of Retail/Big Box companies like Walmart. He brings a great energy in this ever changing Retail/Big Box division. He has an incredible skill of organizing and scheduling our teams on a daily basis. He has utilized this knowledge and incorporated it to make our special projects run smooth and efficiently.
In the past nine years Ben has progressed from working as a hand in the field to the position of a New Construction Project Manager. During that time, he has been invaluable in assisting in the leadership of multi-million-dollar projects in several of JRJ Construction’s divisions. With an eye for detail and exemplary schedule adherence, it’s no wonder why he has catapulted to his current position.
