Billy Shipley brings over twenty years of construction experience with a strong focus on retail project execution. As Vice President, he leads JRJ’s retail division, managing national client relationships and overseeing multi-site project delivery across complex programs.
His leadership has been instrumental in positioning JRJ as a preferred contractor for major brands, including Walmart, HEB, and Papa John’s.
