Jerry Fifield

Jerry Fifield brings nearly forty years of construction experience spanning residential, multifamily, historical renovation, and design-build construction. He began his career framing custom homes in New Braunfels before advancing into a lead superintendent role, where he managed the construction of new residential and multifamily communities. Jerry later owned and operated his own construction firm for more than twenty years, specializing in design-build renovations of historical properties and large multifamily projects. Prior to joining JRJ Construction in July 2026, he managed multifamily new construction projects totaling more than $250 million in value. His extensive field, leadership, and ownership experience gives Jerry a well-rounded perspective on managing complex projects and delivering quality work from planning through completion.
