This ground-up fuel station project in Murphy, Texas consisted of a 1,500-square-foot convenience building and fueling infrastructure constructed on a two-acre site within an active Walmart parking lot. The project included the installation of three fiberglass underground storage tanks, flexible OPW product piping, fiberglass vent lines, and 10 Wayne dispensers to support high-volume fueling operations.

Completed in just 20 weeks, the $3.5 million project was delivered on time and within budget while maintaining efficient coordination within an active retail environment. JRJ Construction’s ability to manage complex site logistics, fueling systems, and accelerated schedules ensured a successful project from start to finish.
