Adam Feriend

Owner/Chief Operating Officer With over twenty years of marketing and business development experience, Adam is the visible face of JRJ. A Graduate of Rice University, his finance experience influences other phases and procedures including estimating, project coordination, scheduling and accounting. This familiarity is important in the coordination and information flow between the Owner/Architect, Field and Office.

Dustin Brown

Owner/Chief Construction Officer Dustin has over twenty years experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management and Business Management. He has a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University “Whoop”, and is the Qualified Individual for all of JRJ’s contracting licenses. His guidance, organization and construction knowledge has proved to be invaluable in the continuing success of this company. Dustin oversees the operation and management of all projects on a daily basis.

Jordan Jones

Owner/Chief Administrative Officer Some of Jordan’s earliest memories involve roaming the halls of the JRJ office or visiting job sites with his father, Joe (Randy) R. Jones. Graduating with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on construction  management and entrepreneurial studies, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He oversees the company infrastructure and is responsible for the growth and development of both the company and our people. Jordan is also responsible for all licensing and certification throughout the country.

Randy Summarell

President A USMC Vet, with over forty years of construction experience, Randy has been with JRJ since the beginning and has advanced from a carpenter to President of Construction. His influence and expertise in the industry along with his long standing relationships with owners, subcontractors and suppliers, is vital for the everyday success of the company. His experience and influence on raising up the next generation of leaders has been priceless.

David Daffan

Vice President Leading our Government Contract division, David has helped to successfully grow this division into an elite status with the government. He has also led hundreds of private, federal and local government related projects across the United States and Puerto Rico. David has utilized being a Master Electrician and his knowledge of the industry to help lead our team and transform the legacy of JRJ in this arena.

Billy Shipley

Vice President With his twenty years experience in the construction industry, Billy has grown into a pivotal leader in the Retail division. During his ten years with JRJ, he has moved our company into a top tier/preferred contractor with some of the largest retail companies in the world: Walmart, Papa John’s, HEB. His excellent communication, leadership and team development skills have made him an invaluable asset to the company.

Tim Hasty

Director of Business Development Tim has been in the construction and real estate development industry for over twenty-five years. He has a degree in Business Management and Real Estate from Baylor University. Tim’s wealth of construction knowledge and cutting edge ideas are vital for JRJ to stay in the forefront of the ever-changing construction industry. His energy and solution oriented mentality is a vital asset in building owner relationships.

Gary Stowe

Director of Retail Services Mr. Gary W. Stowe is a results-oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with 20 years of expertise in all facets of the industry. He offers a verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects through coordination trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients.

Mr. Stowe is versed in contract administration, project evaluation, impending design problems, document preparation, building code and regulations, material purchasing and coordination, site management through certification of occupancy

Brian McGrath

Director of Multi-Family Brian joined the JRJ team to lead our Multi-Family Division.  He has a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Minor in Business from Texas A&M University “Whoop”. Brian has excelled in business ventures worldwide.  With his attention to detail and strength in building relationships, he is able to help customers identify viable solutions to their construction needs while adhering to specified budgets.  The energy he brings every day is crucial to the continued growth and success of both JRJ and our customers.

Mike Lowe

Safety Manager/IT Manager Currently our IT Manager and Safety Director, Mike has given twenty years to JRJ and over thirty-five to the construction industry as a Master Plumber. Our team, and those on our job sites, are our greatest asset and keeping them safe is his number one priority. Through his training of our leaders, his commitment to safety passes down to all who step foot on a job site.

Justin Summarell

Senior Project Manager Having grown up in construction, Justin has now accumulated over 12 years in the industry with JRJ. Advancing in the construction field and then overseeing the administration of one of our largest multi-year projects, it was a natural transition to project management. Justin has quickly become a key piece in bidding, overseeing and managing our new construction projects. His presence and dedication is continuing to lay a strong layer in the future foundation of JRJ.

Tom Allen

Project Manager Tom has been involved in construction for over twenty years and has learned this business from many advantage points. His experience is key to all the work we do in the FAA, Government and NAVAID division of our company. Tom brings a great calm into all that he is a part of. He is organized and efficient as he manages jobs across the country.

Scott Edgar

Project Manager Scott has over twenty years experience in the construction industry. He has been a great asset for JRJ in the field for more than ten years and is one of our great leaders in running complex projects. He has a unique skill keeping contractors stay on task while keeping their performance at a high quality level. He is a great example for our Superintendents and someone they can look to for advice daily when needed. Scott has helped our team learn how to be strong on the job sites in handling complex situations.

Justen Benjamin

Project Manager With over ten years experience in construction, Justen has learned how to manage and organize the fast paced schedule of Retail/Big Box companies like Walmart. He brings a great energy in this ever changing Retail/Big Box division. He has an incredible skill of organizing and scheduling our teams on a daily basis. He has utilized this knowledge and incorporated it to make our special projects run smooth and efficiently.
